Front Office Supervisor

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join its team at Park Inn by Radisson in Dubai Motor City. The role supports the smooth running of the front office, leads the team to maximise guest satisfaction and takes ownership of assigned areas of responsibility, deputising for the Head of Department in their absence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the front office department so that the guest journey meets property and company standards
• Lead and collaborate with the team to resolve enquiries and problems quickly and positively
• Deliver the department's strategies and objectives, and promote a culture of growth, development and performance
• Work with the Head of Department to control costs and inventory and to meet productivity targets
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
• Plan and run a guest engagement programme, including environmental and conservation matters, and take part in ad hoc projects
• Ensure compliance with legislation and prepare documentation for internal and external audits

Required profile

• Proven front office experience, ideally in a hotel environment
• Leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Strong commitment to guest service and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions, communicate well and work collaboratively across functions and cultures
• Integrity and the ability to handle several challenging priorities at once

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good communication and listening skills
