Full-Stack Developer (AI / Claude)

About the role

ITS is looking for a full-stack developer who uses Claude every day and knows how to get real engineering work out of it. You will build and maintain the systems that run the business: WordPress websites, the WHMCS billing portal and its custom modules, internal automation and the AI tooling around them. The position is fully remote, with hours overlapping the UAE working day.

Key responsibilities

• Build custom PHP modules and hooks for WHMCS covering billing, provisioning, payment gateways and customer messaging.
• Work on WordPress and Elementor: custom snippets, mu-plugins, front-end work and performance.
• Write automation in Python and Bash on Linux/cPanel servers, including scheduled jobs, reports and monitoring.
• Develop AI tooling such as Claude Code workflows, MCP servers and integrations connecting systems to AI assistants.
• Maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations with domain registrars, payment processors and messaging providers.

Required profile

• Strong, demonstrable experience with Claude and Claude Code on real projects, ready to show what was built and how.
• Solid PHP and JavaScript, comfortable with MySQL and able to read and write Python.
• Linux command line, Git and the ability to debug a live site without breaking it.
• WordPress internals (hooks, the loop, custom post types) and ideally WHMCS.
• Care for production systems: taking backups before changes and verifying work afterwards.
• Good written English; Arabic is a plus.
