Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our Group IT Department. The role involves creating new web applications, enhancing existing systems, and supporting the current technology stack across the organization. You will work closely with business and IT teams in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise solutions.
• Build front‑end interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies.
• Develop back‑end services and APIs with Python.
• Manage and optimise databases such as SQL, MongoDB and MariaDB.
• Support and enhance existing applications and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity and business application teams to ensure integration and security compliance.
• Participate in system upgrades, performance optimisation and technology modernisation initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, system specifications and support procedures.
• Ensure development follows coding standards, security best practices and enterprise architecture guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python development.
• Proficient with the Angular framework and front‑end development.
• Experience with SQL databases, MongoDB and MariaDB.
• Knowledge of API integration and web‑services development.
• Good understanding of application security, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems; DevOps practices are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
