Full Stack Developer

About the role

Kayana is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain customer‑facing applications and backend services that power ordering, payments, and merchant operations. The role is fully onsite in Dubai, working six days a week, and focuses on delivering secure, high‑performance solutions for a fast‑growing payment‑solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications and platform features.
• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Create scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations for ordering and payment workflows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate third‑party services, payment gateways, and business management tools.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Optimize databases, APIs, and system architecture for high‑volume transactions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Utilize AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong engineering mindset with the ability to drive features from concept to production.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, product‑focused environments.
• Comfortable with full‑time, onsite collaboration and six‑day work weeks.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
