Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will work on designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high‑performance web applications while collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces with React.js or Vue.js.
• Develop secure, efficient backend services with Java (Spring Boot) or Golang.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs that connect frontend and backend components.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Write clean, reusable, well‑documented, and testable code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical design decisions.
• Design and tune relational and NoSQL databases for performance and integrity.
• Implement automated testing, conduct code reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in containerized environments.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
