Full-Stack Developer (UI/UX Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Full‑Stack Developer with a strong UI/UX focus to join GoStride Ventures in Dubai. The role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications for trading and SME sectors, while ensuring intuitive and accessible user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Create intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces from concept to production.
• Translate user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Build and maintain user‑facing features with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Design robust database models and business logic, and develop REST APIs with third‑party integrations.
• Conduct usability reviews, iterate designs based on feedback, and ensure accessibility standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product owners, consultants, and clients to deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain clean, modular, well‑documented code and follow best practices for security and reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack Developer.
• Demonstrated UI/UX experience with a portfolio showcasing design sensibility and usability.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience working on SaaS products and in Linux‑based environments.
