Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, and maintain medium to large product features/modules within an agile feature team.
• Contribute to user stories and product refinement with product owners and managers.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to analyse technical requirements and produce low‑level designs.
• Write secure, optimized code following client coding standards, NFRs, and best practices.
• Work with testers and product owners to ensure story acceptance before sprint closure.
• Demo completed stories to business and IT stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback from retrospectives to continuously improve code quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4‑12 years of software engineering experience, preferably in agile environments.
• Strong analytical, technical design, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers.

• Agile software development practices.
• Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural.
• Modern integration patterns: event‑driven architecture, API‑led connectivity, microservices.
• Domain‑driven design concepts.
• DevOps practices: CI, CD, Continuous Deployment, security/data standards.
• Testing concepts: unit testing, functional testing.
