Full Stack Engineer – Node.js, React, Playwright, Gen AI – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our Banking/Fintech digital products team in Dubai. The role focuses on building high‑performance web applications using Node.js and React while integrating automation with Playwright and generative AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive enterprise‑grade web applications with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS‑in‑JS.
• Implement scalable back‑end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases.
• Automate end‑to‑end testing with Playwright and incorporate GenAI features where required.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
• Integrate API gateways (e.g., 3Scale) and manage authentication (JWT, OAuth, SSO).
• Monitor performance, conduct tuning, and troubleshoot distributed services.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in Banking or Fintech domains is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright (at least 1 year) and generative AI (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai and join within 30 days.
