Gallery Host – Front Office (Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Gallery Host is the primary point of contact for guests at Hyatt Place, delivering courteous and personalized service throughout the guest journey. This front‑office position ensures smooth check‑in/out, handles guest inquiries, and supports overall hotel revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately, and handle luggage, wake‑up calls, and concierge requests.
• Process registrations, room assignments, billing, and payment transactions using the Property Management System (PMS).
• Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, and local attractions while coordinating special guest arrangements.
• Maintain strict control of room keys and access cards, and ensure accurate guest records and profiles.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, aiming for satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in front office, guest services or hospitality operations (advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
