Global Talent Acquisition Lead / Expert

About the role

Bybit is seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Lead/Expert to act as a strategic hiring advisor for designated business units. You will partner with leaders to shape workforce planning, talent strategy, and executive hiring across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned units, providing strategic hiring support and talent advisory.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical, business, leadership, and specialist roles worldwide.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity.
• Deliver hiring outcomes that meet business priorities, SLAs, and quality standards while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 6+ years of recruitment experience in a high‑performing in‑house TA team or reputable search firm.
• Proven track record hiring for technical, business, leadership, or specialist roles in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services, or cryptocurrency is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills.
