HR Executive of HR Operations

About the role

The HR Executive of HR Operations will manage core HR processes, including the HR Management Information System, workforce scheduling, and payroll support. Working closely with the Assistant HR Director for Operations, this role ensures compliance, system integrity, and effective HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and communicate personnel policies in line with UAE labour law and organisational standards.
• Oversee the Workforce Scheduler and Biometric Time & Attendance System, ensuring accurate rostering, overtime approval and attendance records.
• Manage daily updates in Oracle iFusion for new hires, transfers, title changes and payroll data, and generate monthly HR and KPI reports.
• Prepare employment contracts, handle salary advance requests and coordinate bank account setup for new staff.
• Deliver orientation sessions on the Workforce Scheduler system to managers and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a similar HR operations role, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of basic UAE Labour Law and its application in day‑to‑day HR activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle iFusion and other Oracle HR applications.
• Experience using HR Management Information Systems (HRMIS) and workforce scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with biometric time and attendance systems.
• Ability to prepare accurate HR documentation and payroll reconciliation reports.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and KPI tracking.
