Graduate Employee – Rotational Programme (Emirati National)

About the role

Americana Restaurants offers a Graduate Employee Rotational Programme for freshly graduated Emirati talent. Full-time graduates rotate across selected departments to gain practical exposure, build functional capability and business understanding, and support the company's Emiratization 2026 strategy. Successful completion leads to consideration for permanent placement in one of the trained roles.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in assigned departmental rotations and complete the initial Operations and Brand Immersion phase
• Carry out tasks and projects aligned with department objectives and KPIs
• Meet the KPIs and learning objectives set for each rotation, and take part in entry and exit reviews
• Act on continuous feedback from rotation supervisors and keep accurate records of learning outcomes
• Work with cross-functional teams and uphold the company's values, policies and code of conduct
• Finish with a final performance evaluation and leadership presentation, then be considered for permanent placement depending on performance and business needs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or Food Science
• Fresh graduate who graduated within the last 1-2 years, with less than 1 year of full-time work experience
• Interest in restaurants, retail or hospitality
