Graduate Programme 2027: Product Owner (UX)

About the role

Revolut’s Graduate Programme offers recent graduates the chance to start a career in fintech as a Product Owner focused on user experience. Over 12 months you will work on real projects, collaborate with design, engineering and data teams, and help shape the next generation of financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior Product Owners with product strategy, roadmaps and feature planning.
• Gather and analyse data, user feedback and market insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Operations to deliver initiatives from concept to launch.
• Create clear product requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on features based on results.
• Track progress, share updates with global teams and present outcomes.
• Receive regular feedback to accelerate personal development.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Analytical and data‑driven approach.
• Passion for building products that customers love, especially in fintech.
