Group F&B Procurement Operations Manager

About the role

The Group F&B Procurement Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing procurement operations across the food & beverage division, ensuring timely availability of products and supplies while meeting quality standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage F&B procurement operations across markets, aligning with business requirements, budgets, and policies.
• Lead consolidation of procurement requirements, define product specifications, forecast demand and set purchasing priorities.
• Collaborate with ABS to develop procurement plans, initiate sourcing activities and support supplier agreement implementation.
• Oversee classification of procurement needs, coordinate local purchasing, and handle purchase order coordination and delivery follow‑up.
• Coordinate tendering and supplier evaluation, consolidate specifications and stakeholder feedback.
• Evaluate supplier performance, monitor KPIs such as service levels, quality, delivery reliability and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to optimize processes, standardize specifications and reduce supply risks.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and lead the procurement team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in F&B operations or similar role, with at least 4 years in a managerial position.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with procurement systems.
• Experience with ERP applications.
