Group Marketing & Brand Manager – Corporate Marketing

About the role

The Group Marketing & Brand Manager will support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing and brand initiatives across the Group, with a focus on the AKI brand. The role ensures visibility, structure and alignment of marketing activities across the Group’s businesses and drives brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage the Group marketing calendar, overseeing campaigns, launches and key initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of marketing plans across businesses to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Establish frameworks for marketing planning, reporting and performance tracking.
• Lead brand governance, develop and refine brand guidelines for new and existing brands.
• Support businesses in applying brand standards to all marketing materials.
• Plan and execute brand activation initiatives, trade shows, exhibitions and product launches.
• Identify and develop commercial partnership opportunities and collaborative marketing activations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations.
• Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within diversified organisations, consumer brands or multi‑brand environments.
• Proven experience coordinating marketing initiatives such as campaigns, brand activations, trade shows or events.
• Strong understanding of brand management and brand governance.
• Ability to analyse market and competitor trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
