GT TareeGE Operations Program

About the role

Join GE Vernova’s one‑year GT TareeGE Operations Program at the Jebel Ali Service Centre. As an Operations trainee you will support inspection and repair activities in the Gas Turbine cell, gaining hands‑on experience in a high‑performance manufacturing environment while building a solid foundation in safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Kaizen events and contribute ideas to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in implementing and sustaining lean lines using 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work and Daily Management Systems.
• Support daily operations to achieve operational excellence across SQDCC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Culture).
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Materials teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Engage in structured problem‑solving and waste‑reduction activities.
• Help develop, document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Promote a safe working environment and participate in EHS initiatives.
• Assist in evaluating and deploying new technologies or tools that improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering.
• Entry‑level (approximately 1 month of relevant experience) with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under guidance and receive mentorship from experienced team members.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement culture.
