About the role
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to guests at Grand Hyatt Dubai, assisting with guest services across various hotel areas.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests in reception, executive floor, communication centre or concierge areas.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Guest Relations, Concierge, Front Desk, Sales, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Telephone, and Security.
- Meet VIP guests on arrival and deliver top‑level service.
- Support the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental KPIs related to Hysat, employee engagement and profitability.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
