Guest Service Agent – Front Office

About the role

AccorHotel is looking for a professional, customer‑focused Guest Service Agent to join the front office team at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha. In this position you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm welcomes and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences. Your attention to detail and problem‑solving skills will help create memorable stays for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests with a professional demeanor, offering directions and assistance.
• Execute accurate check‑in and check‑out procedures while adhering to hotel standards.
• Address guest inquiries promptly, providing information on facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Manage guest complaints with empathy, seeking swift resolutions and documenting interactions.
• Monitor room status, block rooms as needed, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Operate the Opera management system and related front‑office equipment with precision.
• Identify VIP guests and ensure they receive personalized attention.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Languages, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience using Opera or similar hotel management software.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest interactions professionally and resolve conflicts efficiently.
