About the role
The Guest Services Executive will join the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a luxury resort on the Arabian Gulf. The role focuses on delivering seamless, high‑touch service to VIP guests from arrival through departure.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and escort arriving VIP guests, ensure swift luggage delivery and courteous, efficient check‑in.
- Provide up‑to‑date information on hotel outlets, amenities, services and facilities, actively upsell and make reservations as needed.
- Share historical and cultural facts about the destination, acting as a storyteller for the brand and the property.
- Handle administrative duties of the Guest Relations operation, ensuring daily communication of important information to relevant departments.
Required profile
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with high‑profile guests.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey destination and brand highlights.
- Organised and detail‑oriented, capable of managing administrative tasks and internal updates.
