Head / Director of Founder Brand & Communications

About the role

SUMWON STUDIOS is seeking a senior communications leader to become a strategic partner to the Founder & CEO. The role focuses on building a world‑class founder brand while shaping the external reputation of the studio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long‑term founder brand strategy across entrepreneurship, AI, leadership, fashion and company building.
• Capture the Founder’s conversations, ideas and strategic thinking and turn them into compelling content.
• Own and manage the Founder’s platform on all relevant channels, ensuring consistency with the long‑term vision.
• Build and maintain a founder content calendar, editorial plan and identify podcasts, interviews, speaking and thought‑leadership opportunities.
• Prepare speeches, presentations, keynote material and interview talking points.
• Run weekly debrief sessions with the Founder to capture insights and refine messaging.
• Design a scalable operating system that consistently transforms ideas into high‑quality content.
• Create an AI‑ready archive of content, ideas and intellectual property.
• Define and execute SUMWON STUDIOS’ external communications strategy, ensuring the studio’s reputation aligns with the founder brand.

Required profile

• Proven communications and storytelling leader with a track record of building influential founder brands.
• Trusted strategic partner capable of working closely with a Founder, capturing ideas and challenging thinking.
• Exceptional judgement, taste and ability to translate informal conversations into long‑term influence.
• Strong editorial sense and experience managing multi‑channel content calendars.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environments within fashion, technology or AI sectors.
