Head Of Integrated Marketing

About the role

The Head of Integrated Marketing will lead the planning and execution of omnichannel campaigns across the Astra Tech and Botim ecosystem, reaching over 150 million users. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will translate strategy into a seamless campaign engine, managing the marketing calendar and ensuring all paid, owned and earned channels work together to drive awareness, acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end planning, orchestration and delivery of integrated, omnichannel campaigns.
• Build and maintain the cross‑product marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with brand, product and growth objectives.
• Define and optimise media strategy across paid, owned and earned channels, managing agency partners and budgets.
• Establish measurement frameworks, dashboards and KPIs; continuously test, learn and improve ROI.
• Drive user acquisition, lifecycle and retention marketing while coordinating with Brand, Product Marketing, Social, Growth and Data teams.
• Ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery and implement efficient processes for campaign execution.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in integrated, campaign or performance marketing within consumer technology, fintech or digital platforms.
• Proven track record of planning and delivering large‑scale omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong expertise in media strategy across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and measurement frameworks.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on campaign performance and ROI.
• Exposure to emerging markets and digital financial services is a plus.
