Head of Luxury Residences & Executive Relocation (UAE)

About the role

Origin Private Office is seeking a senior leader to launch and manage a luxury residences, executive relocation and lifestyle platform in the UAE. The role combines ultra‑high‑net‑worth client management, luxury hospitality and residential asset oversight to deliver a seamless, discreet experience for UHNW individuals and families.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a curated luxury residences and lifestyle offering across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, principals and key stakeholders.
• Oversee private residence placements and executive relocation mandates on a request‑led basis.
• Ensure end‑to‑end client experience meets the highest standards of discretion and service quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers and strategic partners.
• Shape the commercial strategy of the platform to drive sustainable growth and long‑term value.

Required profile

• Senior experience in luxury hospitality, ultra‑prime residential services, executive relocation or private client services.
• Proven track record working with UHNW individuals, family offices or senior corporate leadership.
• Strong commercial and operational judgment with a client‑first mindset.
• Deep understanding of the UAE luxury and residential landscape.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
