Head of Marketing

About the role

We are a fast‑growing UAE‑based fintech group seeking a commercially driven, strategically minded Head of Marketing. In this senior leadership position you will shape brand, acquisition and growth strategies across multiple financial‑services businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified brand strategy, positioning and tone of voice across all product lines.
• Develop and lead integrated growth initiatives to acquire merchants, consumers, SMEs and corporate clients.
• Own performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, SEO and app channels, optimizing funnels and ROI.
• Craft go‑to‑market plans for payment, digital wallet, lending and corporate finance solutions.
• Design B2B and ecosystem marketing programs to attract partners and expand the platform’s network.
• Lead PR, communications and thought‑leadership activities to strengthen market credibility.
• Manage the marketing budget, analytics, reporting dashboards and governance processes.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in fintech, digital payments or financial services.
• Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition, engagement and revenue.
• Experience managing multi‑business marketing functions and large budgets.
