Head of Volunteer Management & Community Engagement (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UAE National to lead and drive initiatives that strengthen volunteerism, social cohesion and community engagement across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies and programmes that encourage community participation and a strong culture of volunteerism.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with government entities, private‑sector organisations, NGOs and community stakeholders.
• Design and deliver impactful community initiatives aligned with organisational and national priorities.
• Oversee volunteer engagement, development and recognition initiatives.
• Monitor programme performance and social impact through KPIs and reporting.
• Lead high‑performing teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Significant leadership experience in volunteer management, community engagement, CSR or related fields.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing large‑scale community‑focused strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership‑building capabilities.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership and communication skills.
