Head Waiter (Japanese Speaker) – KIGO, Dubai

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Head Waiter to lead the front‑of‑house team at KIGO, a contemporary Japanese dining concept located in the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC. The role combines high‑end service standards with a passion for Japanese cuisine and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and ensure luxury service standards are consistently met.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of wait staff in a fast‑paced fine‑dining environment.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and staffing schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a high‑end Japanese or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
