About the role
The Heart Of House Specialist Steward supports essential hotel operations across kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry areas. This full‑time position ensures clean linen, spotless dining ware, and proper maintenance of cleaning equipment for a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain fresh linen and clean dining ware for guest use.
- Operate and service cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
- Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel as needed.
- Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
- Willingness to support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift repeatedly during shifts.
