About the role
The Hospitality Assistant ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment by providing hospitality services to employees and visitors, supporting office operations, and handling pantry and meeting‑room needs.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Set up meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are available as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry and dining areas.
- Monitor pantry inventory and coordinate replenishment of supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee gatherings.
- Support office administration with basic operational tasks when required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Hospitality Assistant, Housekeeping Attendant, or similar role is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform routine office support duties.
