About the role
The Hostess will be a Guest Service Expert delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at Bussola Mare. You will ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and support the overall food and beverage operation.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and handle guest inquiries courteously.
- Assist with menu reading, verify information, and support guests throughout their meal.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with help) and moving around the dining area safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
