Housekeeping Attendant - Waldorf Astoria DIFC

A Housekeeping Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, a Forbes Five-Star luxury hotel, delivers exceptional cleanliness and personalized service to guests. The role supports Housekeeping and Laundry operations by responding to guest requests, keeping guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards and meeting Waldorf Astoria Brand Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, service and replenish guest rooms, bathrooms and assigned public areas according to Forbes Five-Star and Waldorf Astoria brand standards.
• Deliver excellent guest service and review daily guest information so preferences and requests are met promptly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards and lost-and-found items, and coordinate room availability with Floor Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Maintain control of Housekeeping operations, including staff attendance, master key control, incident reporting and linen management.
• Handle guest laundry items and cover Laundry Attendant duties during holidays, days off or absences.
• Coordinate special requests such as floral arrangements and embroidered linens for weddings and pampering.
• Inspect uniforms and send them for cleaning or repair as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping role.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Forbes Five-Star service standards is an advantage.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
