HR Manager – Family Office (Dubai)

About the role

We are a well‑established family office in the UAE seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people and HR operations across corporate and household functions. Reporting directly to the Family Principal, you will build a robust, confidential, and compliant HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
• Advise the Family Principal on workforce planning, people strategy, and organisational development.
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, processes and governance frameworks.
• Oversee HR operations for both corporate staff and household employees.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws, HR regulations and industry best practices.
• Handle confidential employee matters with the highest level of discretion.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Background in a family office, private investment office, UHNW environment or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment law and HR best practices.
• Relevant HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent).
• Highly discreet, credible and confident when working with senior stakeholders.
