HR Manager - F&B

About the role

A full-time HR manager is needed in Dubai for a hospitality and food and beverage business. The candidate must be based in the UAE. The role covers the employee lifecycle, payroll support, compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE, and leading a small HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle: offer, onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers and offboarding
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready personnel files and HR records
• Administer leave, attendance and end-of-service calculations, and provide monthly payroll inputs to Finance
• Coordinate visa applications, renewals and cancellations, Emirates ID and labour card processing with the company PRO
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, the Wage Protection System (WPS) and Emiratisation obligations, working with the legal advisor where required
• Administer staff accommodation, transport and employee welfare arrangements
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters, keeping written records of each case
• Conduct exit interviews and report findings to management
• Manage recruitment administration, agency coordination and offer processing
• Manage, develop and set standards for a team of four HR staff

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• At least 6 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• At least 3 years of experience in the UAE or wider GCC, with current knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
• Experience in a multi-site business with a large frontline workforce (hospitality, food and beverage, catering, retail, facilities management or logistics)
• CIPD, SHRM or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage but not required

Required skills

• Demonstrable experience implementing, migrating or administering an HRMS or HRIS platform
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
