HR Manager / HR Business Partner – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager/HR Business Partner to lead our Human Resources function in Dubai. You will shape and execute HR strategies that align with business goals while fostering a high‑performing, positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labour laws.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking, maintain salary structures and prepare payroll budgets.
• Oversee employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the HR team.
• Support regional HR projects and the implementation of HR systems.
• Promote employee engagement and a safe, compliant work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational settings.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Industrial Services or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
