HR Manager

About the role

A leading organization in retail and F&B is looking for an HR Manager in Dubai through Manpower Middle East. The ideal candidate brings creativity, collaboration and strong HR generalist, organizational development, compensation and benefits skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies covering talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement and performance management.
• Lead recruitment, employer branding, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Manage compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking, job grading, payroll, insurance administration and employee rewards.
• Drive organizational development, including performance frameworks, leadership development, training and career progression.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration requirements, Emiratization, licensing obligations and HR governance, and oversee employee relations and HR administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a master's degree or HR certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including HR generalist, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits and payroll management roles.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS compliance.
• Payroll processes, employee relations, HRIS/ERP systems and workforce planning.
