HR Manager – Sports & Recreational Complex

About the role

Our premier sports and leisure venue in Sharjah is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human‑resources function. You will shape the HR framework for a large, multicultural team while ensuring full compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR operations, talent acquisition and workforce forecasting.
• Ensure all policies, contracts and procedures align with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE guidelines.
• Oversee employee onboarding, visa processing, work permits and related administrative compliance.
• Develop, implement and continuously update SOPs and corporate HR policies.
• Drive employee engagement programmes and foster a service‑oriented culture.
• Advise senior management on workforce relations, performance management and organisational development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in hospitality, leisure, recreation or retail.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE compliance, visa workflows and cross‑cultural employee relations.
