HR Manager - UAE National

About the role

A leading real estate developer in the UAE is seeking an experienced Emirati HR Manager to support its people strategy, strengthen employee relations, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organisational priorities, providing advice on workforce planning, performance management and employee development.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, conduct fair investigations, advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures, and ensure consistent handling in line with company policy and UAE legislation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UAE Labour Law, ensure HR practices and documentation comply, monitor legislative changes and keep HR records audit‑ready.
• Draft, review and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and organisational values.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, coordinate surveys and action plans, and promote a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, strong expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations and UAE employment compliance.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders, develop HR policies and drive employee engagement in a complex, multi‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation and HR compliance.
• Excellent investigation, grievance handling and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
