HR Recruiter – Full‑cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting day‑to‑day HR operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, as well as assisting with payroll coordination, employee documentation, and general HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, interview, and select candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower needs and job specifications.
• Post vacancies on job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and company career pages.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview records, and HR documentation.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding formalities and employee documentation.
• Assist with day‑to‑day HR administration, including preparing contracts, HR letters, and employee records.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.
• Support payroll preparation by providing attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
• Help implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Serve as backup for other HR team members during leave or peak periods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
