About the role
We are seeking a proactive and well‑organized HR Recruiter to join our client’s real‑estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for sales and corporate positions across the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various sales and corporate roles.
- Post job advertisements on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
- Assist with employee onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and employment certificates.
- Coordinate visa processing, medical examinations, Emirates ID applications, and related onboarding documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
