HR Shared Services Supervisor

About the role

The HR Shared Services Supervisor oversees PRO, immigration, employee administration and recruitment activities across Concentrix UAE operations. The role ensures regulatory compliance, timely visa processing, efficient employee services, workforce readiness and seamless onboarding across all accounts.

Key responsibilities

• PRO and immigration: manage end-to-end visa applications, renewals, transfers, amendments and cancellations; coordinate employment permits, medical fitness tests, Emirates ID applications and residency formalities; liaise with Free Zone Authorities, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE and other government bodies; maintain visa expiry trackers and handle labour complaints and immigration queries
• Employee administration: manage joining formalities, onboarding, personnel documentation, transfers, exits and final documentation; maintain employee records, visa documents, employment contracts and statutory compliance trackers; support employee queries on visas and government procedures
• Governance, reporting and compliance: ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations and Free Zone requirements; maintain centralised dashboards for visas, employee administration and recruitment; provide daily, weekly and monthly updates on pending applications, renewals and employee issues; monitor SLAs, identify risks and drive process improvements
• Recruitment support: manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline, supervisory and professional positions across UAE accounts; coordinate hiring requirements, workforce plans and approved requisitions with Operations; oversee sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding; track recruitment progress and improve sourcing effectiveness
