Human Resources Director – Hospitality (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead the HR function across a diverse hospitality portfolio in the UAE. You will partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business objectives and drive excellence in people management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for talent acquisition, career development, succession planning and retention programs.
• Act as a strategic human‑capital advisor to the senior management team.
• Design and implement HR policies and programs that ensure consistency across the organization.
• Oversee compensation and benefits plans to achieve cost efficiency and market competitiveness.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
• Lead Emiratization initiatives and meet national workforce targets.
• Maintain relationships with government authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operational leaders on workforce challenges and staffing needs.
• Support pre‑opening and expansion projects from an HR perspective.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within hospitality.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM‑SCP, SPHR or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Possession of a UAE family book.
