Human Resources Executive

About the role

Hilton is looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive to support its people strategy across hotel operations. You will coordinate recruitment activities, manage HR processes, and drive employee engagement initiatives that reflect the brand’s hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding documentation.
• Support workforce planning and career development initiatives.
• Deliver employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and team events.
• Analyze hiring needs, track recruitment metrics, and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and teamwork in all HR interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven hands‑on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes, selection techniques, and onboarding best practices.
• Continuous learner committed to staying updated on modern recruitment trends and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
