Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are supporting a growing organisation in Dubai to appoint an experienced HR Manager who will lead and manage the company’s HR function. This hands‑on role offers ownership of the full employee lifecycle, strengthening processes and partnering closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day HR operations and ensure effective execution of policies and processes.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance to management and employees on HR matters.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage and improve HR systems, processes and reporting.
• Support compensation, benefits, payroll and employee lifecycle activities.
• Partner with senior management on people‑related matters and organisational requirements.
• Lead and develop a small HR team of three direct reports.
• Promote a professional, accountable and high‑performance workplace culture.

Required profile

• 8–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Manager / HRBP / HR Lead level.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, policies and best practices.
• Solid UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE employment regulations.
• Proven experience managing multiple HR areas rather than a single discipline.
• Experience leading a team and working independently in a lean or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Confident personality with ability to engage effectively with senior management.
• International/multinational experience is advantageous.
• French or Arabic language skills is a must.
