Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Human Resources Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support onboarding, HR operations, and employee communications for our worldwide remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an excellent experience.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Support onboarding activities such as documentation, account setup, and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records in the ATS.
• Draft and update job descriptions, interview guides, and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR operations.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and HR workflows as the company scales.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product, Design, QA, DevOps) is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment and independently within a fully remote team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
