About the role
Crescent Petroleum is seeking a Rewards Analyst to support its HR strategy in Sharjah. The role focuses on manpower planning, compensation design, and data‑driven HR analysis to align reward programmes with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse manpower inventory to identify skill gaps and staffing needs for short‑ and long‑term plans.
- Support the development of compensation and benefits strategies, including wage structures, pay‑for‑performance programmes, and reward systems.
- Monitor local market conditions and competitor benefit schemes to recommend competitive packages.
- Produce HR reports and proposals based on best practices and emerging trends.
- Maintain up‑to‑date organisation charts and contribute to the overall HR manpower budgeting process.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
- 2‑3 years of broad HR experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or a similar sector.
- HR professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent data‑analytics skills.
