Implementation Project Manager – Public Sector Focus

About the role

SAS is looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects for public‑sector clients across the United Arab Emirates. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure solutions meet quality and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Lead planning, resourcing, staffing, subcontracting, and progress reporting activities.
• Communicate status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Monitor project performance, recommend budget adjustments, and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners/vendors.
• Oversee departmental processes, monitor budgets, and propose efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in a services‑delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAS technologies and solutions or comparable platforms.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and excellent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive consensus.
• Solid budgeting, financial management, and analytical problem‑solving capabilities.
