Industrial Kitchen & Laundry Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Kitchen & Laundry Technician to join our facilities team in the UAE. The role involves maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure continuous, safe operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ovens, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ironers and related equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical and control system faults, including motors, heaters, thermostats, belts and safety devices.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency calls within SLA, coordinate shutdowns and schedule repairs with clients and facility managers.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records and asset condition reports, and update CMMS/CAFM systems.
• Follow Permit‑to‑Work, LOTO and HSE safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience maintaining commercial/industrial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs and equipment diagnostics.
