Information Technology Recruiter - SAP & APAC

About the role

Shaerp Next, an international recruitment agency headquartered in Dubai, is looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on SAP and the APAC market to join its Dubai team. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position for someone who enjoys sourcing, headhunting and placing highly skilled IT professionals. You will manage the full candidate recruitment lifecycle, mainly supporting international clients with SAP and IT needs across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, identifying and engaging IT and SAP professionals across APAC, especially India and Southeast Asia.
• Managing recruitment assignments for SAP functional, technical and architecture roles, including FI/CO, SD, MM, ABAP, Basis, BTP, S/4HANA, Integration and related technologies.
• Screening candidates, assessing their technical qualifications and running initial interviews.
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines and using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals and creative sourcing.
• Handling candidate submissions, interview coordination, feedback and offer negotiations.
• Maintaining accurate records in the ATS/CRM and working with account managers and international stakeholders.
• Achieving agreed recruitment KPIs, submission targets and placements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm; preferably 5+ years of IT recruitment.
• Track record of sourcing and placing IT professionals, with hands-on agency experience.
• Experience recruiting in India and/or the broader APAC.
• Ability to manage several technical vacancies independently.
• Fluent professional English.

• Strong knowledge of SAP technologies and recruitment terminology.
• Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
