Inside Sales & Social Media Executive – Dubai (Immediate Joiners)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales & Social Media Executive to join our Dubai team immediately. The role combines customer‑facing sales activities with the management of our social media presence to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and WhatsApp inquiries from customers.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations and proposals, and close sales.
• Maintain the CRM system and update daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for order processing.
• Manage and grow company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create content, posts, reels and captions; respond to comments and direct messages.
• Run basic paid ad campaigns, track performance and suggest improvements.
• Monitor social media trends and propose ideas to increase visibility.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year experience in inside sales, tele‑sales or social media (freshers welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Computer literate with strong MS Office and Google Sheets skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and customer‑focused.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva for content creation.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram advertising).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
