Integrated Service Management Analyst

About the role

Join MBRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, as an Integrated Service Management Analyst. You will ensure the Integrated Management System (IMS) runs smoothly across GCC factories and MENA logistics, supporting compliance, governance and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the IMS across factories and logistics sites, aligning with corporate governance and management system standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of normative documents, including review, validation, approval, publication, distribution, archiving and version control.
• Monitor document review cycles, ensuring timely updates, traceability and communication of revisions to stakeholders.
• Support SOX controls, certification requirements and other management system standards through monitoring, reporting and follow‑up.
• Prepare for internal and external audits, handle auditor requests and assist in closing audit findings and corrective actions.
• Track contract validity and renewal timelines for logistics providers and warehouses, maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist with insurance submissions, contract governance activities and financial integrity controls.
• Coordinate training and awareness initiatives on compliance, governance and document control.
• Produce reports, dashboards, presentations and status updates for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technical, Natural Sciences or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• 1‑2 years of experience in integrated management systems, compliance, internal controls, governance, quality systems, audit coordination or business process management.
• Experience with ISO‑based management systems, SOX controls, audits or document management processes is preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or FMCG environments is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar document‑management platforms is preferred.
