IT Recruiter - Dubai

About the role

An expanding team in Dubai is looking for a full-time IT Recruiter to oversee the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing qualified candidates, driving engagement, coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. The role works closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build recruitment strategies and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The company covers the relocation package.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and shape recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and referrals, then screening resumes and conducting interviews on technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process.
• Keep hiring managers informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Report regularly to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress and challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a proven record of placing candidates in back-office and technical roles.
• Strong understanding of roles, tools and industry trends; IT/FinTech experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised and proactive, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast pace.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Dubai are strongly preferred.
