Join Halian in Dubai as a Junior Business Development Consultant, focusing on opening doors, spotting opportunities across major accounts, and turning conversations into qualified meetings for the senior team.
Key responsibilities
- Research target accounts and identify buying signals
- Make high‑volume business development calls
- Build relationships with key decision‑makers
- Book qualified client meetings
- Identify new leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with senior team to open new accounts
Required profile
- Confident, competitive and commercially curious
- Enjoys phone outreach and working towards targets
- Resilient to hearing “no” and persisting
